Thursday 11th April 2019 Annual Parish Meeting 7:00 pm (the Parish Council report to the electors and listen to their concerns) then Annual Meeting 7:30 pm (short meeting addressing all annual items e.g. election of Chairman, policy reviews) then Full Council Meeting 7:45 pm

The Annual Parish Meeting takes place on 11 April 2019 at 7 pm at the Sports Pavilion on Harrington Road, Loddington. All residents are invited to attend. Following this the Annual Meeting and Full Council Meeting will take place. Please see the published agenda for further detail.
Please note that there will be a training exercise this weekend at Manor Farm Orton from 4pm on Friday until 2pm on Sunday. Activities will include a campfire/bomb fire on Friday evening, blank firing exercise during Saturday daytime and a night ambush (again involving firing) on Saturday night just after last light. All activities have been authorised and signed off by the Army.
Unfortunately the Parish Council meeting this Thursday has been cancelled and therefore our schedule of meetings has been revised. Apologies for any inconvenience to those who had planned to attend.
